About Ms. Richa

Education begins much before schooling and continues even after the completion of formal schooling. We, as teachers, play a pivotal role in helping young children make meaning of the experiences they gain as they live their life.

I believe effective teaching and learning essentially requires constant unlearning and relearning. It requires the development of a habit of reflection and self-regulation among the learners and the facilitators.

Learning process at AIMEE necessarily involves dialogue because when learner’s lived experiences enter their classrooms, they learn better. Hence, the emphasis on context and concrete before arbitrary and abstract.
