Early Childhood Educator

Full Time Role – Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

AIMEE International School is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) environment. We are seeking a passionate and experienced ECCE facilitator to join our team and contribute to the holistic development of our youngest learners (age group 3 to 6 years old).

Responsibilities

  • Child-Centred Learning: 
      • Design and implement developmentally appropriate and engaging activities for young learners. 
      • Foster a love for learning through play-based and hands-on activities. 
  • Social and Emotional Development: 
      • Create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes social and emotional development. 
      • Implement strategies to enhance communication, cooperation, and empathy among children. 
  • Individualised Attention: 
      • Provide individualised attention to each child, recognizing and addressing their unique needs. 
      • Foster a sense of security and belonging among the young learners. 
  • Health and Safety: 
      • Prioritise the health and safety of the children at all times. 
      • Implement and adhere to safety protocols and hygiene practices within the ECCE setting. 
  • Parent Collaboration: 
      • Establish open and transparent communication with parents. 
      • Collaborate with parents to understand and support each child’s development. 
  • Documentation: 
      • Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and developmental milestones. 
      • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports.

Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. A teaching qualification is preferred.
    • Proven experience in Early Childhood Care and Education. 
    • Familiarity with age-appropriate teaching methodologies and play-based learning approaches. 
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Additional Expectations
