Recognizing the importance of cultivating good citizenship values in our young learners, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Developer and Facilitator. The ideal candidate will design and implement a comprehensive Citizenship Education curriculum for grades 1 to 4.
Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design:

- Develop a cohesive and age-appropriate Citizenship Education curriculum for
grades 1 to 4, aligning with national and international educational standards. - Create engaging lesson plans, activities, and resources that promote the understanding of civic responsibilities, social justice, and global awareness.

- Instructional Facilitation:

- Deliver engaging and interactive Citizenship Education lessons to students in grades 1 to 4.
- Facilitate discussions, activities, and projects that encourage active student participation and understanding of citizenship concepts.

- Design formative and summative assessments to measure students’
understanding of citizenship concepts. - Implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Science, or a related field. A master’s
degree is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum development and/or direct classroom
facilitation, with a focus on elementary education. - Strong understanding of citizenship education principles and pedagogy for young
learners. - Knowledge of national and international educational standards.
